Buying Tips and Advice
| Whether a 1st time buyer or an experienced
homeowner I will take the time to help you assess your needs and find you homes that fit
those needs. With my experience in writing offers I know how to get the results so that
all parties are satisfied.Communication every step of the way is key to a successful
buying experience. Here are some tips:
- First of all be realistic as to how much you can afford.Your 1st step should
be to consult with your lender who will pre-qualify you for the purchase of a home.
- Next make a list of the criteria that is most important to you in buying a home. This
will assist your agent in finding just the right home for you.
- Take time to learn the market. Listen to your agent who will educate you on the
market/territory in which you are searching. The more knowledgeable you are the more ready
you will be to act quickly, when the right property comes along.
- In the current hot market it is important to realize there may be
disappointments along the way as multiple offers are not uncommon.
- Pick an agent who you feel fits your needs. Shop around until youre confident this
agent is one who can get the job done for you, and is someone you trust to guide you every
step of the way.
